Multilayer systems for MD/HD floors are ideal where extremely high mechanical strength, enhanced slip resistance and absolute stability under intense and continuous loading are required. They are based on the layer-by-layer application of resin materials in at least three coats (including primer), while the quartzsand broadcast between coats creates a reinforced, impact-resistant system. The total film thickness typically ranges from 2 mm to approx. 4 mm or more, depending on application requirements and the desired slip-resistance class.
NEOTEX multilayer systems utilize different resin technologies—epoxy, polyurethane or polyaspartic—to cover the specialized needs of projects with elevated technical requirements. The result is seamless, uniform and highly cohesive surfaces, often with an antislip texture, offering excellent impact resistance, heavy mechanical durability and resistance to common industrial chemicals.
These systems are ideal for production and processing areas, logistics facilities, chemical and pharmaceutical plants, workshops, car parks, and any application where superior strength, safety and reliability are critical.
