Multilayer systems for Medium/Heavy Duty (MD/HD) floors are ideal solutions for surfaces requiring extremely high mechanical strength, enhanced slip resistance and absolute stability under intense and continuous loading. They are based on the layer-by-layer application of resin materials in at least three coats, including the primer, while the quartz sand broadcast between layers creates a reinforced, impact-resistant system. The total film thickness typically ranges from 2 mm to approx. 4 mm or more, depending on application requirements and the desired level of slip resistance.
The NEOTEX multilayer systems utilize different resin technologies—epoxy, polyurethane or polyaspartic—to meet the specialized needs of projects with elevated technical requirements.
